It’s been almost a year since the 2024 Paris Olympics, and Simone, Jordan, and Suni have certainly kept busy. From commercials and magazine covers to honorary doctorates, it’s safe to say that our Olympic gold medalists are making major moves. Here’s a recap of everything that our favorite gymnasts have accomplished recently.

Yes, you read that right. Simone Biles was awarded an honorary doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. She earned a Doctorate of Humane Letters for her commitment to mental health and improving the lives of others. Simone was also Washington University’s commencement speaker and gave a 12-minute speech that inspired college grads to follow their dreams and stay true to themselves. Although Biles becoming a doctor didn't sit right with some, there is no denying that she’s earned it. She inspires us, motivates us, and most importantly, is someone that we look up to. So yes, you can call her Dr. Biles — or better yet, Dr. GOAT.

Jordan Chiles Lands A Sports Illustrated Cover and Proves Why She’s That Girl

Who’s that baddie on the Sports Illustrated Cover? It’s none other than Jordan Chiles. She made history alongside Livvy Dunne as one of the first gymnasts to land a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover. Jordan served looks and brought the heat in a brown swimsuit, posing at The Boca Raton. In a recent interview with People Magazine, she opened up about being hard on herself and struggling with negative self-talk. Jordan expressed her excitement after seeing her cover and broke out in tears of joy. Jordan has come a long way and, for the first time, feels confident in her own skin and fully embraces who she is. We love this for Jordan and are looking forward to seeing her dominate more photo shoots soon.

That’s not even half of it. Jordan also released her memoir titled I’m That Girl: Living the Power of My Dreams in March, which highlights her gymnastics journey and how she grew into the powerhouse she is today. She doesn’t hold back, opening up about the challenges of being a Black woman in sports, especially in gymnastics. Jordan’s book was powerful and truly inspiring. Need a new read? Add this one to your list and you won’t be disappointed.

Along with everything else, Chiles showed that she’s a champion through and through. In April, she snagged the NCAA Uneven Bars Title. It’s her second straight victory, with her first being in 2023. She also crushed the team event, helping UCLA finish runner-up at the NCAA Gymnastics Championship. It was quite a year for Jordan, and we can’t wait to see what she does next.

Suni Lee Shines in a Dick’s Sporting Goods Commercial and Tells Her Story

What was Suni Lee doing in a Dick’s Sporting Goods Commercial? Well, she was doing what she does best: gymnastics. She starred alongside heavy hitters like Tom Brady, Kevin Durant, Travis Hunter, and iShowSpeed. It was a 60-second crossover that we didn’t know we needed. In a funny interaction, Suni, in her USA gear and HOKAs, tells Speed that he can’t outflip her, and literally flips her way into the sky. It was a fun watch and a big moment for Suni as the only woman and gymnast featured in the commercial.

Suni also announced her partnership with HOKA as their newest brand ambassador. In her newest ad campaign, she writes a letter to her younger self reflecting on a future she never could’ve imagined. Why? Because two years ago, she was diagnosed with an incurable kidney disease. It changed everything for Suni and affected not only her love for gymnastics but also the way she lived her life. Although it was a struggle, Suni never stopped fighting. And in doing so, she showed us exactly what being a champion looks like. Suni’s ad is emotional and tells her story beautifully. Suni overcame true adversity and continues to perform at the top of her game. It’s safe to say that Suni inspires us all to keep going when times get tough. So, whenever you are going through hard times, channel your inner Suni and keep fighting.

Suni also made her debut in the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Rocking a series of vibrant swimsuits, she looked stunning in every shot. This is Suni’s first time ever being in the iconic magazine and is definitely not her last.

All in all, Simone, Jordan, and Suni have all done amazing things and are indeed booked and busy. They’re proving their impact goes way beyond the gymnastics floor. What was your favorite win?
